At Buvai, we take great care in packing and delivering healthy, high-quality plants and eco-friendly gardening essentials. Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our products, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and fair.
🌿 Returns & Replacements
We currently accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item
- The product was damaged in transit
- The plant arrived in poor condition
To be eligible, you must:
- Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Ensure the product is unused and in original condition
Please email us at contact@buvai.in with your order ID and proof of issue.
💸 Refunds
Once we verify and approve your claim:
- A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, if available
- If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Natural variations in plant size, shape, or color
- Customer-related issues (wrong address, unavailable at delivery, etc.)
- Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
🚫 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the live nature of the products.
