At Buvai, we take great care in packing and delivering healthy, high-quality plants and eco-friendly gardening essentials. Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our products, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and fair.


🌿 Returns & Replacements

We currently accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product was damaged in transit
  • The plant arrived in poor condition

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition

Please email us at contact@buvai.in with your order ID and proof of issue.


💸 Refunds

Once we verify and approve your claim:

  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, if available
  • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Natural variations in plant size, shape, or color
  • Customer-related issues (wrong address, unavailable at delivery, etc.)
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the live nature of the products.
